"Feet, what do I need them for when I have wings to fly.."

There’s something magical about dance—the way movement, energy, and emotion come together to tell a story. I love working with dancers to capture that magic, whether it’s the quiet focus backstage, the intensity of rehearsals, or a solo portrait that reflects their unique artistry. My goal is to create images that feel authentic and alive.

To me, photography is a form of visual poetry—not just about freezing a moment in time, but about telling a story through light, composition, and emotion. Dance, like photography, is a language of expression. It’s more than technique; it’s about feeling, storytelling, and connection. From the arc of the foot as it extends into tendu to the fluidity of movement through port de bras, dance requires an energy that comes from deep within, bringing each step to life.

That’s what makes dance so captivating, and I’m honored to preserve its beauty, frame by frame.
